In the Settings, tap the Email section

You will see your old email there. Remove that email and add your new email there.

Tap continue, and you will then need to fill-up your Snapchat password when requested for security purposes

Snapchat will then send a verification link to your new email address. Make sure you have put your new email address correctly at step 4.

Go to your email and open the email from the Snapchat team. Follow the verification instructions as stated in that email.
