How to Add Music and Audio to TikTok Video

ADD MUSIC AFTER VIDEO RECORDING

Step 1

In your recording screen, tap the red circle to start recording your TikTok video

Step 2

Once you have done recording, tap the “Sounds” icon below to add music

Step 3

You will be brought to the Sounds menu. Choose any music that is listed there

Or, you can choose music in your Favorites.

You can also choose to search for music in the TikTok music library

Step 4

Once you have chosen the music, tap the right icon to proceed

Step 5

You can further edit the video or tap “Next” to proceed

Step 6

Add a description to your video and tap “Post” to proceed

In your video, you will hear the music and also the music banner is shown below

In your camera screen menu, tap the “Sounds” button above

Choose your music selection from the TikTok music library

Step 3

Once you selected the music, tap the red circle button to start recording. The music will play in the background while you are recording your video
