Step 1

Open your web browser and go to https://support.snapchat.com

Step 2

In the Snapchat support website, click at “Contact Us”

Step 3

At the “Contact Us” menu, click at “My Snapstreaks disappeared”

A form will be shown below, scroll down

Step 4

Fill-up all the details in the form including your Snapchat username

Include also the friend’s username that you are having the Snapstreak with

Step 5

Once you have fill-up all the information, click “SEND”

And that’s it.

However, you will have to wait several days before Snapchat replies back to you and rectify the problem and restore back the Snapchat streak.

At the same time, keep continuing your Snapchat streak with your friend within 24 hours so that you will not break the existing streak.
