What is the TikTok TikCode? (And How To Use It)

The TikCode is a unique QR code that is assigned specifically to your TikTok account. As it is unique to your account, you can use it to promote your TikTok account as TikTok users only need to scan the TikCode to quickly see your TikTok profile.

Similar to Snapchat snapcode, it allows the TikTok users to creatively use their TikCode as a way to add friends and also grow your followers.

WHY USE TIKCODE?

TikCode offers many advantages to TikTok users. Here are some of the advantages:-

1. USE TIKCODE AS PROMOTIONAL ITEM – You can put your TikCode in your business card, letterhead or anywhere you think you can use. This way people can immediately add you in their TikTok account once they scan your TikCode

Step 1

At your TikTok profile menu, tap at the three-dot icon above

Step 2

At the settings, tap “Manage my account”

Step 3

At “Manage my account”, tap “My TikCode”

Step 4

Here you will see your unique TikCode

Tap “Save to device” below to save your TikCode to your phone

If you want to scan other people’s TikCode, you can tap “Scan” below

A camera screen will be shown

Position the box to fit the TikCode

You will then be brought to the person’s TikTok profile
