Instagram is a social media platform that is quite different compared to other social media platform such as Facebook or Pinterest, especially in terms of sharing and reposting. HOW TO REPOST OTHER PEOPLE’S POST AS YOUR INSTAGRAM POST

Step 1

Go to the selected Instagram profile, choose the post you want to repost

Step 2

After you open the post, tap the three-dot above

Step 3

A pop-up menu will be shown; tap “Copy Link.”

A link will be copied to your phone’s clipboard

Step 4

Go to https://www.downloadgram.com

Step 5

Paste the copy link unto the box shown and tap download. Next, tap the download image button

Step 6

If you are using iPhone, tap “Save image” to save the downloaded image to your photo gallery

You can then post that image in your Instagram post feed

HOW TO REPOST OTHER PEOPLE’S POST TO YOUR INSTAGRAM STORY

Step 1

In your Instagram feed, tap the three-dot that is above the person’s Instagram post

Step 2

A pop-up menu will be shown. Tap “Add post to your story”.

Step 3

In your Instagram story settings, you can edit the post and tap “Send To” once finalized

Step 4

Tap the “Share” button beside Your Story

HOW TO REPOST TO YOUR PREVIOUS INSTAGRAM STORY

Step 1

Go to your Instagram profile, tap the three-line icon above

Step 2

A slide menu will be shown. Tap “Archive”

Step 3

In the Archive option, tap “Stories.”

Step 4

Choose the archived story you want to repost

Step 5

Once you selected the stories, tap the “Share” icon below

Step 6

Tap “Send To” below

Step 7

In the Share settings, tap the “Share” button

You can tap the “Undo” button if you want to stop reposting the story afterwards.
